Postpartum Doula

Because someone should be taking care of you, too.

You just did something incredible — and now there's a tiny human depending on you for everything. The fourth trimester is real, friends, and it deserves just as much care and attention as the nine months that came before it. This is where I come in.

What This Time Looks Like Together

You don't have to have it all figured out, and you definitely don't have to do this alone. My visits are full of warmth, laughter, and genuinely useful support — because this season should feel like being wrapped in a soft blanket, not like you're drowning.

  • Whether it's helping with newborn care, answering feeding questions, or just holding the baby so you can shower (a real shower, with shampoo and conditioner), I'm here to lighten the load during those tender early weeks.

  • Picture this: a warm herbal bath with floating flowers, a soothing body work session, and a gentle warming massage. This isn't a "treat yourself someday" kind of thing — it's part of your care, because your body just did something extraordinary and deserves to be honored.

  • The postpartum period can bring up a lot. I'm here to talk through it all — the joy, the overwhelm, the "is this normal?" moments — in a judgment-free space, with evidence-based info when you need it.

  • New siblings, partners figuring out their role, sleep schedules that make no sense yet — I help the whole household find its footing.

Postpartum Packages

Houston Postpartum Doula

The weeks after birth can be beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and overwhelming—all at the same time. As a Houston postpartum doula, I provide in-home support for growing families throughout Houston, Katy, Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Sugar Land, Pearland, Fulshear, and surrounding communities.

Postpartum support may include breastfeeding and pumping guidance, newborn care education, emotional support, postpartum planning, light household assistance, meal preparation, baby-wearing guidance, and helping parents get the rest they need to recover and thrive.

Dreamy Postpartum Package

The fourth trimester deserves just as much intention as the nine months before it. The Dreamy Postpartum Package is a unique blend of prenatal planning and hands-on postpartum care — so you're not just surviving the newborn haze, you're moving through it with a plan, a partner, and a little breathing room.

Monthly Check-In Calls: Regular touchpoints to keep you feeling seen, supported, and never alone in whatever you're navigating.

ONE Prenatal Visit: We'll use this time to intentionally map out your postpartum experience before baby arrives — because the best postpartum recovery starts with a plan made when you can still think straight.

Newborn Care Guides: Practical, reassuring resources to help you feel confident and prepared for those early days with your new little one.

Postpartum Wellness & Pampering

No long-term commitment, no overwhelm — just a full, luxurious four hours of care dedicated entirely to you. Whether you're a few days postpartum or a few weeks in, sometimes you just need someone to show up, take over for a little while, and remind you that you matter too. Consider this your permission slip.

Your four hours include:

Relaxing Herbal Bath or Foot Bath: Because your body has done something extraordinary, and it deserves to be treated that way. We'll start here — grounding, soothing, and entirely for you.

Scalp Treatment or Upper Body Massage with Body Work: Your choice — and either way, this time belongs entirely to you. Upper body massage in the postpartum period isn't just relaxing, it's restorative. Carrying, feeding, and comforting a newborn puts enormous strain on your neck, shoulders, and upper back, and targeted bodywork can help release that tension, improve circulation, and remind your body that it is safe to soften. Consider it part of your recovery, not just a treat.

Nourishing Meal: A warm, nourishing meal prepared with care so you can actually eat something real — sitting down, without interruption, like the human being you are.

Newborn Support & Guidance: While you rest and recharge, I'll help you settle in with your new addition. We can cover whatever feels most pressing — breastfeeding or pumping guidance, babywearing, baby massage, soothing techniques, or simply answering the questions piling up in your tired, beautiful brain.

Emotional Wellbeing & Partner Support: New parenthood is a lot — for everyone. I'm here to hold space for how you're really feeling and offer your partner meaningful guidance so you both feel more confident and connected heading into the days ahead.

Is having a Doula for a Day right for you?

If you're craving support but aren't looking for a full package commitment, this is your answer. It's also a wonderful gift for a new mama in your life — consider it the baby shower gift she actually needs.
